Safety training for all personnel is fundamental to the consolidation of the entire safety system. DELTA develops its Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process. This process considers specific customer requirements, where applicable, as outlined in the General Operating Procedures.
Our focus is on specialized market areas, including the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors, seeking to strengthen the internal security process and secure international trade, as well as encouraging the supply chain and productivity to reduce its vulnerability levels and better manage inherent risks.

Whistleblower policy
DELTA CORPORATE PRIVATE SECURITY, respecting our Organizational Principles and Corporate Values, is committed to providing fair and impartial treatment, encouraging the reporting of all acts considered to be a violation of Human Rights and/or our DELTA Code of Ethics.
We guarantee the anonymity and protection of whistleblowers, and will take all necessary actions without fear of reprisal, maintaining fair and dignified treatment of all complaints received, and promoting a proper investigation to determine the reliability of the information under the following criteria:
• Any person who files a report internally or with the competent authorities will not receive any action, mistreatment or intimidation from our organization.
• The knowledge and compliance with the purposes of this policy are promoted on an ongoing basis through the training of our employees.
• Participation is encouraged in reporting activities contrary to this policy, including alleged or actual bribery attempts, any human rights violations, or acts that generate violence, discrimination, or the commission of probable crimes; these will be treated confidentially in order to protect the identity of the informant and other people involved, and to receive appropriate advice on what to do if they face a situation of this nature.
Any violation of the law will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
