Terms and Conditions

DELTA CORPORATE PRIVATE SECURITY (hereinafter, “DELTA”), with its principal address in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico, makes these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) available to its clients and users, in accordance with applicable Mexican law.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

Use of DELTA’s services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree with any of these provisions, they must refrain from using DELTA’s services.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

DELTA provides private security services for the industrial, commercial, and residential sectors, including surveillance, access control, monitoring, and risk management. All services are subject to Mexican regulations and international certifications.

3. USE OF SERVICES

DELTA’s services may only be used for the purposes established in the applicable service agreements.

The use of services for unlawful activities or activities that violate Mexican law is strictly prohibited.

DELTA reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in the event of misuse or failure to comply with the agreed terms.

4. DELTA’S LIABILITY

DELTA is committed to:

Providing services in accordance with the highest security standards.
Complying with current regulations applicable to private security services.
Ensuring the training and professionalism of the personnel assigned to each service.

DELTA shall not be liable for:

Damages resulting from the client’s improper use of the services.
Acts of God or force majeure events that prevent the provision of services.
Losses or damages that are not a direct result of DELTA’s actions or negligence.
5. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information regarding service requirements.
Make agreed payments within the established timeframes.
Immediately report any risk situation or incident related to the contracted service.
6. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

DELTA is committed to protecting clients’ personal data in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Notice.

7. MODIFICATIONS TO THE TERMS

DELTA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, notifying users through its website or through the contact information provided.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be resolved by the competent courts of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua.
